Multiattribute Group Decision-Making Method Based on Quaternary Connection Number of Cloud Models

Based on the advantages of cloud theory and connection number approach in handling uncertain information, this paper established a new quaternary using domain interval corresponding to centroid model’s expectation curve. Consequently, based model transformation between qualitative quantitative uncertainties, study suggests describing information more precisely by combining numbers with three digital aspects model. We defined weighted nearness degree gave solution for finding weight given that three-parameter can represent expert’s true intention than classical number. The method multiattribute group decision-making was developed novel methodology find evaluation-index weight. According comparative analysis, existing membership gravity center (MCGC) is nothing an exception our proposed technique. It also demonstrated proposal may present complete picture experts’ overall evaluations communicate their preferences adjusting quaternion’s parameters, making widely applicable certain extent. used test vessel’s counterflooding capabilities ensure its practicality supremacy.
